Online orders Q & A

How quickly will you ship my order?
We will ship orders the following weekday. So if you place an order on a Tuesday, we will ship on Wednesday. If you place an order on a Saturday, we will ship on Monday.

Can I request a refund?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges of shoes that have not been used, and that arrive back to us in original packaging.
We use DHL economy shipping for returns which means it usually takes a week before we receive the product back for review before we can refund your purchase.

How quickly will I receive my order?
We will ship by DHL, UPS and TNT depending on which is fastest and best for your location. We use next day tracked delivery within Europe. Outside Europe it usually takes two to five days. Always by tracked shipment so we can follow your package.

Is it safe to order online?
Yes, we have used Wix to develop this website and connected our bank account with the online payment system. As soon as we receive your order we will write you an order confirmation to confirm your order and your tracking number.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your order. Bare in mind that we do not send automated order confirmations, so you may only receive an email from us on the following weekday along with your tracking number.
